From exploring the fort’s storied past to stepping inside the distillation process itself, every moment is designed to immerse you in the sights, sounds and tastes of the Citadel.

With rare access to Compass Distillers’ on-site barrel room, you’ll go beyond tasting, sampling directly from the source, learning the craft and even taking part in the proofing process alongside a professional distiller.
