  • Explore tunnels, prison cells and hidden spaces

  • Hear true accounts of unexplained events

  • Led by a historically costumed interpreter

  • Atmospheric, candlelit experience

“Amazing living museum! A great place to explore and learn about the Citadel and Halifax history. Get there before noon so you can see how they fire a cannon (it happens every day at noon). If you have kids, get the exploration booklet, which has fun activities. Ask for the walking tour, which is about 45 min and worth it. Guides are extremely knowledgeable.”
