“Amazing living museum! A great place to explore and learn about the Citadel and Halifax history. Get there before noon so you can see how they fire a cannon (it happens every day at noon). If you have kids, get the exploration booklet, which has fun activities. Ask for the walking tour, which is about 45 min and worth it. Guides are extremely knowledgeable.”
