“Unexpectedly fascinating. Great value for the money. Could have spent all day here, as there are many exhibits and engaging one-on-one live interpretive guides. Lots to do and explore outside. My favourite exhibits were the models of the 5 iterations of the Citadel and the signalling masts. Also loved the drumming, bagpipes and percussive bang of intermittent gunfire.”
